This is great as a very bare bones hostel. The highlights were the very friendly staff and the £7 Full English Breakfast. Room was clean and as advertised but expect a very small room up steep stairs and tiny shared bathroom. A bit of a smell (from cigarettes?) and rather old fixtures. But for what I needed (a cheap place near the university) it was great. Just don't expect luxury!
Light curtains so bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in. Inexpensive rooms with character in a nice hotel with character, very friendly staff and great location especially if you're going to the Brudenell to see a gig!
Great value b&b for anyone attending the cricket, or a short walking distance from gigs at the Brudenell. Rooms are basic but clean, comfortable, and refreshingly affordable! Will definitely stay again.

I stayed at the boundary Hotel Thursday 11th till Saturday 13th i was going to a funeral in leeds & travelled from MK. As I was having problems booking into other hotels with no success, I rang the boundary hotel & they let me book a room & I was sooo stressed out I can honestly say the staff made me very welcome ( sorry I can't remember the gentleman name who booked me in) he was really helpful & helped me with my booking. If it hadn't been for Monica? Who also works there wouldn't have been able to get home as I lost my car key for? This lady was so patient with me I would like to say thank you Monica The bedding was spotless & the towels were soo soft, TV with loads of channels. I didn't have breakfast but I will next time. Parking was a bonus considering rugby was on. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to leeds.
We loved the old fashioned style of the place, and didn’t mind at all that it’s not modern… it was a really nice place, and also good parking. Helpful staff too! We had a really nice few days there. Thank you!
It was more than expected with what we paid for. Beds was comfortable. Location is perfect. Service was nice. Free coffee and tea with milk in the room. Free car parking. Curtain was abit thin and we used the duvet to cover it up. If we will be in Leeds we will stay here again.
Friendly staff and was able to store my luggage before check in. Room for the price is fine single with shared bathroom and was under 30 pounds the night I stayed-obviously not 5 star hotel but for the price is fine. Comfortable and a good sleep with Yorkshire cricket ground just behind it. Also bus to city centre on same street.
